Our Story
The GCR Foundation was inspired by the legacy of Genoveva Castro Rivera, a matriarch known for her compassion and unwavering service to her community in Baguio City, Philippines. Founded by her granddaughter, Dr. Rebecca C. Rivera, M.D., the foundation honors that legacy by providing transformative healthcare to underprivileged individuals and children with special needs around the world. What makes us unique is our integration of Western medicine with advanced alternative therapies, including The RASHA®—our primary modality used in the field. Every mission we lead is rooted in one powerful intention: Selfless Service to Humanity.
